Deborah Dworkin Thompson is a strategic leader with a growth mindset who has achieved exceptional results as a senior executive for not-for-profit organizations over the past 30 years.  She is guided by a deep sense of purpose and commitment to servant leadership, and is passionate about developing the next generation of nonprofit leaders.  Deborah launched Studio 929 West in 2019 as an opportunity to impact a broader array of nonprofit organizations through coaching and consulting services, with emphasis on improving leadership, governance and operational practices across the sector.
