EXECUTIVE COACHING
Deborah Thompson is a certified executive coach and organizational consultant with more than 30 years of experience enhancing the performance of individual executives, teams and organizations. She coaches leaders around the globe who are ready to step into their full potential using a strengths based approach. She specializes in working with professional women - emerging leaders and established high performers - to develop their authentic leadership styles, develop confidence and executive presence, and address issues of chronic burnout and overwhelm. Clients include managers and leaders in various industries including financial services, technology, biotech, retail, consumer services, nonprofit and government. Individual and Team coaching services are available. Deborah holds her ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation.
CONSULTING SERVICES
We work with community impact organizations to create meaningful changes to support growth and long-term sustainability. Services include strategic planning, organizational assessments, board coaching and training, and preparing organizations for executive leadership transitions. We bring over 30 years of experience in nonprofit governance, leadership and management to help organizations become more strategic, more focused, and more effective at delivering their missions.
